These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website located at https://7v7rank.com, any related pages, newsletters, online forms, rankings, articles, Team Profiles, event pages, digital media, social media-linked features, and other online services operated by 7v7 Rank LLC (collectively, the "Site" or "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, submitting information, purchasing a Team Profile, registering for an event, requesting media access, subscribing to a newsletter, or otherwise interacting with 7v7 Rank LLC, you agree to these Terms and to the 7v7 Rank LLC Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

These Terms are written for public-facing website and digital-service use. Event participation, tournament registration, athlete participation, media access, facility access, and on-site conduct are also subject to separate event-specific terms, waivers, releases, registration requirements, facility rules, tournament rules, emergency procedures, and staff instructions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and event-specific documents, the event-specific documents control for event participation, safety, eligibility, refunds, on-site conduct, and operational decisions.

The Services are operated by 7v7 Rank LLC ("7v7 Rank," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). No user, team, program, athlete, parent, coach, contractor, volunteer, sponsor, advertiser, media member, vendor, employee, contributor, or third party has authority to bind 7v7 Rank LLC unless expressly authorized in a written agreement signed by an authorized Company representative.

Statements, posts, messages, promises, rankings, event comments, operational instructions, or opinions by contractors, contributors, media personnel, volunteers, sponsors, partners, or other third parties do not modify these Terms and do not create binding obligations of 7v7 Rank LLC unless confirmed in a written agreement signed by an authorized Company representative.

7v7 Rank LLC reserves full discretion over its Services, rankings, publications, Team Profiles, event pages, platform features, pricing, refunds, media access, sponsorship placements, and business operations, subject to applicable law and written agreements signed by the Company.

The 7v7 Rank LLC Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you submit information about another person, including an athlete, minor, coach, parent, program representative, photographer, videographer, sponsor, or vendor, you represent that you have all required authority, permissions, consents, and rights to provide that information and to allow 7v7 Rank LLC to use it as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Services are intended for use by adults, parents or legal guardians, coaches, program representatives, and general sports audiences. You may not submit a Team Profile, athlete information, athlete image, roster information, event registration, waiver, media credential request, payment, or sponsorship inquiry unless you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of the applicable person, team, program, parent, guardian, organization, or rights holder.

7v7 Rank LLC covers youth sports and may publish athlete-related information submitted by authorized adults. By submitting any information about a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained all legally required permissions and consents from the minor's parent or legal guardian and any applicable team, school, program, photographer, videographer, league, or rights holder.

You may not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, passport numbers, birth certificates, medical records, insurance cards, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information through the Site unless 7v7 Rank LLC specifically requests it through a secure and appropriate process.

7v7 Rank LLC is a Florida-focused youth sports media, rankings, profile, and event platform. The Services may include editorial rankings, articles, event coverage, newsletters, social media content, Team Profiles, sponsor or partner content, event pages, media credential processes, tournament information, registrations, and related digital or operational services.

7v7 Rank LLC may change, suspend, limit, discontinue, rebrand, reorganize, or modify any Service, feature, profile product, ranking division, event page, newsletter, pricing structure, publication schedule, or platform functionality at any time, with or without notice, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

All rankings, watchlists, articles, evaluations, commentary, predictions, social media posts, and related editorial content are subjective editorial opinions and evaluations of 7v7 Rank LLC and its staff or contributors. They are not objective facts, certifications, background checks, recruiting evaluations, safety determinations, endorsements, guarantees of performance, guarantees of program quality, or promises of future treatment.

7v7 Rank LLC may consider tournament performance, strength of schedule, consistency, verified results, staff observations, community reputation, historical performance, publicly available information, and other editorial factors. Methodology, divisions, timing, ranking criteria, ranking frequency, and editorial coverage may change at any time in 7v7 Rank LLC's discretion.

No team, program, athlete, coach, sponsor, advertiser, profile purchaser, partner, vendor, event participant, or other person is guaranteed any ranking, ranking position, ranking improvement, article, invitation, post, mention, social media coverage, event acceptance, or other editorial result. Paid Team Profiles, sponsorships, advertisements, event registrations, vendor relationships, personal relationships, or other commercial relationships do not purchase ranking position or editorial outcome.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that disagreement with a ranking, omission, article, opinion, prediction, evaluation, methodology, or coverage decision is not, by itself, a basis for a legal claim against 7v7 Rank LLC.

Team Profiles may be paid or unpaid directory-style listings and are separate from editorial rankings and editorial coverage. A Team Profile does not guarantee any ranking, ranking improvement, article, endorsement, event invitation, event acceptance, sponsorship, competitive status, safety certification, or future relationship with 7v7 Rank LLC.

7v7 Rank LLC may label paid profiles, sponsored posts, advertisements, partnerships, affiliate placements, or promotional content as "Paid Profile," "Sponsored," "Advertisement," "Partner," "Presented By," or similar language. The Company retains full editorial independence over rankings, articles, rankings methodology, event coverage, and platform content.

Sponsors, advertisers, partners, and paid-profile purchasers are responsible for their own claims, logos, materials, offers, representations, and compliance with applicable law. 7v7 Rank LLC may reject, remove, suspend, revise, or refuse any advertisement, sponsorship, profile, partner content, or promotional placement that the Company determines may be false, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, confusing, reputationally harmful, inconsistent with the Company's brand, or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting text, photos, logos, videos, graphics, roster information, athlete names, athlete images, accomplishments, statistics, social media handles, links, captions, testimonials, event information, sponsor information, or other materials to 7v7 Rank LLC (collectively, "Submitted Content"), you grant 7v7 Rank LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, crop, format, adapt, excerpt, archive, promote, and create derivative works from the Submitted Content in connection with the Site, Team Profiles, rankings, articles, newsletters, social media, event coverage, advertisements, sponsorships, media packages, historical archives, internal records, and related business purposes.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for publication, archival, backup, legal, historical, promotional, operational, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legitimate business purposes, even if a paid Team Profile expires, a profile is removed from active display, an event ends, or a relationship with 7v7 Rank LLC ends.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit the Submitted Content and that the Submitted Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, does not violate applicable law, does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, school rules, team rules, league rules, NIL rules, facility rules, sponsor rights, or any other third-party rights, and does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, private, confidential, exploitative, or harmful material.

You waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any right to inspect or approve 7v7 Rank LLC's use of Submitted Content and any claim for compensation, royalties, attribution, moral rights, or injunctive relief based on 7v7 Rank LLC's authorized use of Submitted Content under these Terms.

7v7 Rank LLC may approve, reject, edit, delay, remove, suspend, archive, correct, annotate, refuse to publish, or permanently discontinue any Submitted Content, Team Profile, advertisement, sponsor content, link, or user interaction at any time and for any reason, including suspected inaccuracy, rights concerns, reputational risk, misconduct, nonpayment, chargebacks, threats, harassment, privacy concerns, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms.

Requests for corrections may be sent to the contact address listed below. 7v7 Rank LLC may require supporting documentation and may decide, in its sole editorial discretion, whether and how to correct, update, annotate, reject, or remove content. A correction request does not require removal of content and does not waive any rights or defenses of 7v7 Rank LLC.

The Site and all content owned, created, compiled, selected, arranged, designed, or published by or for 7v7 Rank LLC, including rankings, ranking systems, ranking methodology descriptions, editorial articles, graphics, photographs, videos, databases, spreadsheets, statistics compilations, event names, logos, branding, trade names, designs, code, page layouts, social media content, documents, forms, and other materials, are owned by 7v7 Rank LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws.

You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial, informational use, subject to these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by 7v7 Rank LLC.

If you send feedback, ideas, suggestions, rankings concepts, business concepts, event concepts, design concepts, data concepts, marketing proposals, or other submissions to 7v7 Rank LLC, you agree that they are non-confidential and may be used by 7v7 Rank LLC for any purpose without compensation, attribution, approval, or obligation to you.

You agree not to do, attempt to do, assist, encourage, or enable any of the following:

• Scrape, crawl, copy, download, harvest, frame, mirror, cache, archive, or use automated tools to collect rankings, profiles, articles, data, photos, graphics, videos, forms, user information, or other Site content without prior written permission;
• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create competing products, rankings, directories, databases, websites, scouting materials, media pages, or services using 7v7 Rank LLC content;
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, private, confidential, unauthorized, unlawful, exploitative, or harmful information;
• Impersonate another person, athlete, parent, coach, team, program, sponsor, employee, contractor, volunteer, media member, official, or representative;
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, dox, exploit, stalk, target, or abuse athletes, minors, parents, coaches, officials, staff, contractors, volunteers, vendors, media members, or other users;
• Attempt to access admin areas, accounts, dashboards, payment systems, servers, analytics, databases, spreadsheets, email systems, social media accounts, or nonpublic systems without permission;
• Upload malware, interfere with security, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, manipulate rankings, interfere with event operations, or disrupt Site functionality;
• Use the Services for gambling, illegal wagering, fraudulent transactions, unlawful recruiting conduct, unlawful NIL activity, or any illegal purpose;
• Use 7v7 Rank LLC marks or content in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or approval without written permission.

If the Services allow account creation, profile portals, registration access, payment portals, form submissions, or other credentialed access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account or credentials. You must promptly notify 7v7 Rank LLC of any suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, fraudulent payment, unauthorized submission, or security issue involving the Services.

All purchases, Team Profiles, sponsorships, advertisements, event registrations, subscriptions, merchandise, media packages, and other paid services are subject to the prices, descriptions, deadlines, eligibility requirements, refund rules, and terms presented at the time of purchase or in the applicable written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by 7v7 Rank LLC, all payments are non-refundable. 7v7 Rank LLC may issue refunds, credits, transfers, or accommodations in its sole discretion, but doing so once does not require 7v7 Rank LLC to do so again.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, failed payments, suspected fraud, false payment information, or unauthorized transactions may result in suspension, removal, cancellation, denial of service, loss of profile access, loss of event registration, loss of sponsorship placement, collection activity, and recovery of associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Event information posted on the Site is informational and subject to change. Dates, venues, schedules, formats, divisions, rules, field assignments, eligibility requirements, officials, staff roles, media access, emergency procedures, and operational details may change at any time.

Participation in any 7v7 Rank LLC event requires compliance with all event registration terms, waivers, releases, facility rules, tournament rules, eligibility rules, age-verification requirements, roster rules, media rules, staff instructions, official decisions, emergency procedures, and applicable law.

Youth sports involve inherent risks, including collisions, falls, heat illness, weather exposure, equipment issues, facility conditions, negligent or intentional conduct by participants or spectators, and other risks that cannot be fully eliminated. 7v7 Rank LLC does not guarantee participant safety, injury prevention, emergency outcomes, college recruitment, competitive results, eligibility outcomes, or uninterrupted event operations.

7v7 Rank LLC events may involve photography, video, livestreaming, interviews, social media coverage, and other media activity by 7v7 Rank LLC, contractors, approved media, teams, spectators, sponsors, vendors, or third parties.

Media credentials are privileges, not rights. 7v7 Rank LLC may approve, deny, limit, revoke, or condition media access at any time for safety, operational, branding, privacy, competitive, facility, or reputational reasons.

The Site and events may use, integrate with, or link to third-party services. 7v7 Rank LLC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their policies, terms, actions, errors, delays, outages, fees, security practices, content, data practices, or decisions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to 7v7Rank@gmail.com that includes: your name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services, Site, rankings, articles, Team Profiles, event information, media, content, links, products, and services are provided "as is," "as available," and "with all faults." 7v7 Rank LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, and course of dealing. 7v7 Rank LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7v7 Rank LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, contributors, agents, representatives, sponsors, partners, vendors, licensors, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-business, reputational, competitive, travel, data-loss, goodwill, or similar damages arising out of or relating to the Services, site, rankings, Team Profiles, submitted content, payments, third-party services, event information, event operations, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 7v7 Rank LLC's total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to 7v7 Rank LLC for the specific service during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7v7 Rank LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, contributors, agents, representatives, sponsors, partners, vendors, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, judgments, fines, penalties, and fees, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your Submitted Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any allegation that content or information you submitted caused harm.

7v7 Rank LLC may suspend, restrict, remove, cancel, disable, terminate, block, or deny access to the Services at any time if the Company determines that doing so is appropriate for safety, security, legal compliance, nonpayment, chargebacks, fraud prevention, rights protection, operational reasons, reputational reasons, or violation of these Terms.

Before filing any legal claim arising out of or relating to the Services, you must first send written notice to 7v7 Rank LLC at 7v7Rank@gmail.com and to the Company mailing address. The notice must include your name, contact information, the nature of the dispute, the relief requested, and any supporting documents. The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after 7v7 Rank LLC receives a complete notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and 7v7 Rank LLC waive any right to a jury trial. Disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, representative, or mass action.

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of 7v7 Rank LLC content, rankings, data, logos, photographs, videos, systems, or intellectual property may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be inadequate. 7v7 Rank LLC may seek temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the prevailing party in any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees, expert fees, court costs, collection costs, and other reasonable enforcement expenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim accrues, or it is permanently barred.

7v7 Rank LLC may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure by 7v7 Rank LLC to enforce any provision is not a waiver. 7v7 Rank LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

Sections concerning company authority, privacy, minor-related submissions, editorial independence, Team Profiles, Submitted Content licenses, intellectual property, prohibited conduct, payments, events, media, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, jury-trial waiver, class-action waiver, injunctive relief, attorneys' fees, and time limits shall survive termination or discontinued use of the Services.
